A Pop Up is a mini food study! An insider opportunity to help aspiring entrepreneurs and food companies you know and love make decisions.

How It Works
Step 1: Keep checking your inbox and follow us on Facebook to stay informed with upcoming Pop Up opportunities!
Step 2: Log in to your account to see if you’re a fit;
Step 3: If you qualify*, stop by our facility on the specified time/date.
Step 4: Taste new food products!
About 10 mins per product;
Taste One or Taste All! Usually 2-5 products available.
Step 5: Share your opinions and help shape the success of new food products;
Step 6: Earn $5 Target® gift card for participating!
*What do we mean by “qualify”?
We want Pop Ups to be enjoyable and safe for everyone. So, it’s important for us to make sure: 1) you’re willing to taste the food products at the Pop Up and 2) to ensure we don’t expose you to any food allergens. For example:
If we’re testing “Coconut Milk” and you hate the taste of coconut, you probably wouldn’t be a great fit!
If we’re testing “Peanut Butter Cookies” and you’re allergic to peanuts, you also probably wouldn’t be a great fit!
